These terms govern participation in the ShowroomShots.com affiliate programme, alongside our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Once approved, you earn 25% of every paid purchase, excluding tax, made by a customer whose FIRST paid purchase used your referral link — for as long as that customer keeps buying, not only their first order.
If an order you earned commission on is refunded or disputed, that commission is reversed. A partial refund reverses commission in the same proportion.
Commission on an order becomes payable 30 days after that order, to allow time for any refund or dispute.
Payable commission is paid out by bank transfer or PayPal once your balance in a given currency reaches our minimum payout threshold for that currency. Balances in different currencies are never combined or converted.
You must clearly disclose the paid/affiliate relationship in every post that promotes ShowroomShots — for example with #ad or #affiliate, or the platform's own paid-partnership label — displayed clearly, not buried in a long caption or a link-in-bio page alone. This is required under advertising rules in the United States (FTC), the United Kingdom (ASA/CAP), and Ireland (ASAI), and we may suspend your account for a post that does not comply.
Any free vehicle credits granted to you as an affiliate are for making your own content with — they may not be resold, transferred, or used to fulfil paid work for a third party.
We may decline or end your participation in this programme at any time. We may change the commission rate or these terms with at least 30 days' written notice (by email) before the change takes effect.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
