ShowroomShots.com ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard personal information.
Your uploaded vehicle photos and the video clips generated from them are stored in Vercel Blob and retained for as long as your account remains active, so you can regenerate clips or revisit past orders at any time. Order manifests and receipts are also retained for audit and support.
Contact hello@showroomshots.com to request access to or updates of your personal data. Deletion requests will be handled on a best-effort, case-by-case basis. We aim to align with GDPR and CCPA principles.
Separately from customer accounts above, we keep a private sales record of businesses and individuals we have identified as possible customers or partners (for example, car dealerships and automotive content creators) — even if they have never placed an order with us.
Any commercial (non-transactional) email we send to a business contact will clearly state that it is a sales message, will include our postal address, and will include a working unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing takes effect immediately and permanently for that email address.
If you apply to or join our affiliate programme, we hold the details from your application (name, email, how you'd promote us) and, once approved, your referral activity and commission records. See our Affiliate Terms for how that programme works.
