How we use your information

• Process payments via Stripe Checkout (with Apple Pay support).
• Generate AI-powered video campaigns via Veo 3.1.
• Deliver campaign assets via Vercel Blob storage and notify you via Resend.

Data retention

Your uploaded vehicle photos and the video clips generated from them are stored in Vercel Blob and retained for as long as your account remains active, so you can regenerate clips or revisit past orders at any time. Order manifests and receipts are also retained for audit and support.

Contact support@showroomshots.com to request access to or updates of your personal data. Deletion requests will be handled on a best-effort, case-by-case basis. We aim to align with GDPR and CCPA principles.
